Dee, who had starred opposite Jackie Robinson in his film biography a half-century earlier, comes full circle, playing opposite her husband (Davis) and the great Chicago Cubs infielder Ernie Banks, whose career was made possible by Robinson’s courageous precedent. 94 min.
