Identical Lunch with Alison Knowles
As part of Performance 10: Alison Knowles, held in conjunction with the exhibition Contemporary Art from the Collection, Alison Knowles is inviting Museum visitors to join her for an “identical lunch” in MoMA’s Cafe 2, Thursdays and Fridays at 12:30 p.m., January 13–February 4.
Note: All performances will be videotaped or photographed. Participants will be required to sign a release form authorizing the creation and use of these videotapes and photographs when they check in for this event.

Ben Vautier Live at MoMA
Internationally renowned Fluxus artist Ben Vautier kicks off Instruction Lab with a special Fluxus presentation followed by a discussion and a reception. This program is organized in conjunction with the exhibition Contemporary Art from the Collection.

Join us at Instruction Lab for daily Fluxus showcases. Facilitators offer a brief introduction to Fluxus and Instruction Lab followed by a showcase of selected instructional scores. You are invited to perform scores on your own and with friends.
Contemporary Art from the Collection
Yoko Ono and Kara Walker in Conversation
Artists Yoko Ono and Kara Walker, whose work is represented in the exhibition Contemporary Art from the Collection, will engage in a dialogue about their respective practices and share their perspectives on how social, political, and gender issues inform their work. Moderated by MoMA director Glenn D. Lowry.
Real-time captioning will be provided. An induction loop sound amplification system is available.

PopRally Presents: PopQuiz
PopRally is pleased to present PopQuiz, an evening of art-related trivia held in conjunction with MoMA's Contemporary Art from the Collection exhibition. Teams of up to six people register upon check-in to participate in three rounds of art trivia and games, with winners taking home prizes such as MoMA memberships. The event is hosted by Ryan McNamara—whose work was recently featured in MoMA PS1’s Greater New York exhibition—with a DJ set by Tanlines.
Featuring approximately 130 works drawn from all of the Museum's curatorial departments, Contemporary Art from the Collection highlights a variety of approaches to art making and provides an exciting and fresh look at the collection. Participants in PopQuiz will have exclusive access to the exhibition throughout the event.
Admission includes an exclusive exhibition viewing, the trivia contest, and refreshments sponsored by Brooklyn Brewery and Sud de France wines.

Artist Marina Rosenfeld, in collaboration with New York City youth choirs and musicians, presents a new performance work integrating electronic, live, and ambient sound. Borrowing from schematic enterprises as varied as rhythm and blues vocals, spectral composition, and experimental notation, Rosenfeld's roygbiv&b translates the iconic form of a rainbow into sound. This program is presented by MoMA's Department of Education, in conjunction with Instruction Lab and the exhibition Contemporary Art from the Collection.
