Mildred’s Lane Swarming with Peter Warny

Thursday, October 18, 2012, 1:30 p.m.

The Lewis B. and Dorothy Cullman Education and Research Building, Mezzanine

Peter Warny is an ecologist and enthusiast of tadpoles, turtles, and creatures large and small. Warny will share his knowledge of the creatures of Mildred’s Lane, which he has documented through a census of amphibians, small mammals, and insects, and through the creation of small wetland pools for breeding salamanders, frogs, and toads. He also discusses eco-art projects inspired by these endeavors.

All Swarmings take place at MoMA Studio: Common Senses on an impromptu basis during opening hours, unless otherwise noted.

In conjunction with the exhibition MoMA Studio: Common Senses

This event is free and participation is on a first-come first-served basis.
