ABOUT THE JUNIOR ASSOCIATES
The Junior Associates of The Museum of Modern Art is an affiliate group for the Museum’s younger patrons, ages 21 to 40. Founded in 1990, the group provides its members with the opportunity to participate in and support modern and contemporary art programs, both at the Museum and within the art community at large. Members enjoy an extensive schedule of events, including visits to artists’ studios, private collections, and galleries; curatorial walkthroughs; behind-the-scenes tours; and openings at the Museum. Members also actively support MoMA by making significant contributions to curatorial departments, exhibitions, and education programs with funding from dues, individual gifts, and pledges. Through the dedication and enthusiasm of its members, The Junior Associates has established itself as an integral part of the Museum and its future.
