This fall we’re thrilled to offer another packed schedule of exclusive events for The Junior Associates, along with several exciting art viewing opportunities across the city. Here at MoMA, we will attend curatorial walk-throughs of the exhibitions Christoper Williams: The Production Line of Happiness, Robert Gober: The Heart Is Not a Metaphor, and Henri Matisse: The Cut-Outs as well as select receptions and a behind-the-scenes evening featuring the Business of MoMA. We will visit the studio of JR and the artist collective INSIDE OUT project, and we will also enjoy private viewings of art collections at the homes of top collectors. Additionally, we can’t wait for our day trip to Mana Contemporary which will include tours of the Richard Meier Model Museum, the Gary Lichtenstein Editions at Mana silkscreen studio, visits to artists’ studios, and more! Last but not least, we look forward to seeing The Junior Associates at social gatherings throughout the season.
The Junior Associates is an affiliate group of The Museum of Modern Art, comprised of individuals ages 21 to 40 who support and participate in modern and contemporary art programs. Each season the group is provided with opportunities to attend special Museum activities and also events scheduled outside the Museum, organized exclusively for The Junior Associates as a younger audience.
