This season we’re thrilled to have presented another packed schedule of exclusive events for The Junior Associates, along with several exciting art viewing opportunities across the city. Here at MoMA, we attended curatorial walk-throughs of Robert Heinecken: Object Matter, Alibis: Sigmar Polke 1963-2010 and Lygia Clark: The Abandonment of Art, 1948-1988 as well as select opening receptions. We met with artist Nir Hod at his studio and enjoyed private viewings of art collections at the homes of top collectors. And of course, we saw all of The Junior Associates at social gatherings throughout the season.
The Junior Associates is an affiliate group of The Museum of Modern Art, comprised of individuals ages 21 to 40 who support and participate in modern and contemporary art programs. Each season the group is provided with opportunities to attend special Museum activities and also events scheduled outside the Museum, organized exclusively for The Junior Associates as a younger audience.
