MoMA Corporate Member Employee Benefits

Free Employee Admission
Employees of Corporate Member companies at the $25,000 Leader level and above may present valid company ID (accompanied by photo ID) at the lobby information desk (no need to wait in the general admission line) for complimentary admission for themselves and up to two guests. Check to see if your company is eligible for Free Employee Admission.

Lunch with Van Gogh in October
The upcoming exhibit Van Gogh and the Colors of the Night, running September 21, 2008, through January 5, 2009, will have timed ticketing for admission. Gallery occupancy is limited and timed entry is necessary to visit this exhibition. Your regular Museum admission ticket permits you to all other Museum galleries, exhibitions, and films, but access to Van Gogh and the Colors of the Night will require a separate, timed-entry ticket (at no additional charge), available at the exhibition entrance on the second floor. The next available entry time will be noted on this ticket. Timed-entry tickets are first come, first served, so it is possible that tickets to the exhibition will no longer be available at the time of your visit.

Given that we anticipate this to be a very popular exhibition, we are pleased to offer MoMA Corporate Members exclusive lunch-hour access to the Van Gogh exhibition in October. Monday–Friday, October 1–31, 11:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m., timed-entry tickets will not be necessary for Corporate Member employees with the benefit of Free Employee Admission. Full details can be found below:

Who: MoMA Corporate Members (check to see if your company receives the benefit of free employee admission.)
What: Exclusive access to Van Gogh and the Colors of the Night
When: Monday–Friday, October 1–31, 11:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
Where: MoMA Corporate Members with the benefit of free employee admission should enter the Museum at the Fifty-fourth Street entrance and proceed directly to the information desk to pick up their free Museum admission for themselves and up to two accompanied guests. Please remember to bring a company ID in the form of a business card, pay stub, or company letterhead with your name on it, as well as a form of
photo ID. From the main Lobby, go to the second floor of the Museum, where you simply present your Corporate Member ticket or Corporate Member guest admission ticket at the exhibition entrance.

MoMA Film Tickets
Employees can also obtain free same-day film tickets for themselves and up to two guests at the lobby information desk, beginning at 1:00 p.m. on weekdays and 9:30 a.m. on weekends, or at the Film desk (through the doors east of the main entrance on Fifty-third Street), weekdays after 4:00 p.m. and weekends after 1:00 p.m. Film tickets may also be obtained one week in advance of a screening for a $1.50 per-ticket service fee.

Corporate Shopping Events
At certain times during the year, employees of Corporate Member companies save 20% on purchases at each of the MoMA Stores and at MoMAstore.com. We offer these special discounts approximately four times per year, and generally provide at least two weeks notice before an event. An e-mail invitation will be sent to our designated Corporate Member contact at each company, and we request that our contact then share the invitation with their employees. Employees will need to provide valid company ID at the time of purchase.
The next Corporate Member Shopping Day will be held on Thursday, November 13.
