An Evening with Evas Arche Und Der Feminist

PopRally and evas arche und der feminist invite you to an evening of schall und rauch ("sound and smoke") inspired by Rainer Werner Fassbinder's Berlin Alexanderplatz, the 1930s Berlin cabaret scene, and the moods and sounds of contemporary New York. Performers include the extraordinary folk musician Matteah Baim with members of Lichens, along with special surprise guests.

Fassbinder: Berlin Alexanderplatz will be open for private viewing, and drinks and light fare will be served.

evas arche und der feminist is a salon series founded by Petr Kisur and Pati Hertling in Berlin in November 2005. Codirectors Marlous Borm and Pati Hertling found a New York home for the salon at GBE Passerby, where they have brought to life a series of monthly Sunday-night gatherings, pairing the work of artists from Berlin with local musicians and performance artists.

PopRally would like to thank Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte for their sponsorship.
