Design a visit, program, or partnership to link your organization and MoMA.
- Choose a one-time event, an ongoing project, or a professional development workshop at MoMA or off-site
- Work with us to tailor a program to the children, young adults, adults, families, or older adults your organization serves
With advance notice, we can provide educators who speak other languages.

You may also request a sign language interpreter, CART captioning, or FM assistive listening devices (headsets and neck loops) for any program with at least two weeks advance notice.

Teleconference Courses
Join an interactive art course by telephone. We distribute notebooks of color reproductions of artwork to each participant, and MoMA lecturers conduct interactive art courses by conference call.

Free programs are scheduled at libraries throughout New York City’s five boroughs for adults, teens, and families. After each program, participants receive a free family pass to visit the Museum and experience the art in person. Adult lectures include a slide-illustrated talk, while family and teen programs include a hands-on art making activity.

Discounts

Payment
The full payment is due upon arrival by cash, check, or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Cancellations and Refunds
You must notify MoMA Group Services in writing via fax or e-mail of full cancellations as well as decreases or increases in your group size no less than two weeks (ten working days) before your scheduled visit, in order to receive a refund. If you don’t notify us in time, we will charge your group in full for the original reservation.
Last-Minute Tours
If you would like to schedule a MoMA tour fewer than two weeks in advance of your visit, we reserve the right to charge you an additional non-refundable $100 fee. This fee enables us to search for a guide with little advance notice. We will only charge you for the tour after we find a guide and notify you.
