RSVP's are required for all events.
- The only
way to RSVP will be by calling the RSVP-line at (212) 333-1257.
RSVPs will not be accepted by e-mail, or by phoning the
JA Office directly.
- The RSVP
line will state exactly for which events RSVPs are being
accepted and which events are full. You may only
RSVP for the events listed on the RSVP line.
- The JA Office will make every effort to mail invitations in a timely manner, approximately three to four weeks in advance of events.
- Please note that it may be necessary to limit
the number of attendees for some events.
- Once an invitation goes into the mail, the JA Office will wait at least 48 business hours before opening the event on the RSVP-line, giving everyone a chance to receive their mail.
- RSVPs will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The JA Office will not confirm RSVPs. If you do not hear back from the Office, then you can assume that you are on the list.
- The JA Office will do its best to update the RSVP line as soon as an event is closed, but it may be necessary to return messages, letting members know that they are on the wait list.
- Please be considerate of your fellow members and let the JA Office know if you are unable to attend an event, as there may be a wait list.
-
With regards to events for which we must limit the number of attendees, please keep in mind that this is due to the size of the space and/or the wishes of the host, which must be respected. Also remember that non-members absolutely cannot be accommodated in these instances, as they would be taking the place of your fellow Junior Associates.
- You are always invited with a guest to Museum exhibition openings.
