The above events are subject to confirmation and announcements of these and others as scheduled will be sent to you in advance of each event. Please note that it may be necessary to limit the number of attendees for some events.

Events listed as “FYI” are MoMA Public Programs; all other events are arranged solely for The Junior Associates or by special invitation.

Please RSVP to events by calling the JA RSVP line at (212) 333-1257 or by
e-mailing Alexandra Olson at alexandra_olson@moma.org.

  • PLEASE NOTE THAT RSVPS FOR ANY GIVEN EVENT WILL NOT BE TAKEN EARLIER THAN THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE EVENT.
  • Please also note that RSVPs will not be confirmed. If you do not hear from the JA office please assume that there are no problems with your response. However, always feel free to contact the JA office at (212) 708-9514 or (212) 333-1240 with any questions.
  • If you have responded "yes" to an event and find that you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible. Timely information is appreciated, so we can accommodate others who may be on a waiting list. This is especially important for private collection and artists' studio visits, events that are often limited to a certain number of Junior Associates.
  • With regards to events where we must limit the number of attendees, please keep in mind that this is due to the size of the space and/or the wishes of the host, which must be respected. Also remember that non-members absolutely CANNOT be accommodated in these instances, as they would be taking the place of your fellow Junior Associates.
  • We will make every effort to accommodate guests at Museum curatorial walkthroughs and any other events where space is not limited. However, please do not make assumptions, and kindly check with the JA office before bringing a guest.
  • You are ALWAYS invited with a guest to Museum opening receptions.
