When I think of art, I think of life. To me, art is life. It inspires me, exhilarates me, makes me whole and tears me apart. My passion for art overwhelms me to the point where it consumes my heart, body, and soul. The works of art I produce are based on my desire to put the beauty of art into the lives of those around me. I believe that without art, a person's life is incomplete. Art stems from imagination, and imagination stems from one's ability to think beyond the bounds of normal perception and understanding. Once you are able to do that, everything becomes possible for you. Life takes on a whole different meaning and you begin to see things in a way you couldn’t before. Love, faith, friendship, hope, desire—all these things are a part of art, and a part of life. With the possibility of art comes the possibility of life.
