Politics has always been my top interest out of all the other subjects and life aspects. It's my passion; interest and it will most likely be my future. Although I give my full attention to politics, my mind is also very brought and I enjoy many other things, among those comes art. Art is nowhere in my family. I know no one in my family tree that is into art, and I mean any type of art. Yeah I guess you could say that some of my family members like art, but to me that doesn't make them any close friends of art. I, unlike most of my family members, enjoyed art. I liked creativity and self-expiration. Needless to say, art has them all. It wasn't until this summer that my respect of art, especially design got deeper and wider. As a participant of IN THE MAKING summer program, I truly learned how to appreciate art in a different way. Take design for example, its literary everywhere. It's the thickness of your belt and the numbers' size in your watch. It's the tag on you t-shirt and the shape of you pants zipper. I now can also relate art to politics! Art requires focus and attention, it requires analyzing and looking for purpose and explanation and even emotional expiration. That's, along with respecting once choices and freedom and personal dignity is my philosophy of politics. Perhaps I now can relate two of my personal inertest together in a bond that my sound werid to others, yet it make a complete sense to me.
