WITH ACCENT ON MODERNISM; Museum of Modern Art Presents 'Realists and Magic Realists' Of America -- Contemporary French Painters and Others

HOWEVER it be interpreted, "Americans, 1943: Realists and Magic Realists," which opened last week at the Museum of Modern Art, is a good show. Although planned somewhat along the lines of last season's "Eighteen Artists from Nine States," the present offering contrives a much broader scope.
