Premiere Special: Gus Van Sant’s “Trilogy,” Including Last Days
July 20, 2005

Following on the success of MoMA’s inaugural film and media exhibition Premieres, the Department of Film and Media presents the New York premiere of Gus Van Sant’s Last Days. Also shown on July 20 are Van Sant’s Gerry (2002) and Elephant (2003)—the three films, all photographed by Harris Savides, are formally related. Presented in memory of Stephen Harvey, a MoMA film curator.
