The Museum of Modern Art's High School Summer
Internship Program exposes a small group of New York City high school
students to museum work and imparts valuable and practical job skills.
In addition to their work in a museum department, interns participate
in an educational program consisting of lectures by Museum staff
and visits to other arts organizations.
This six-week paid internship is open only to
students of New York City public high schools who have previously
participated in at least one of MoMA's High School Programs. The
program is open to students entering eleventh or twelfth grade the
following fall, or recent high school graduates.
