For kids age 7 to 14 and their adult companions

Learn about the geodesic dome, a unique structural form invented by architect and engineer Buckminster Fuller at Black Mountain College in this workshop led by the Center for Architecture. Collaborate with others to construct a 14-foot geodesic dome, then work as a family to design and build your own model.

This program is presented in conjunction with The People’s Studio: Design, Experiment, Build.

Where: The Cullman Education and Research Building, located at 4 West 54 Street, between Fifth and Sixth avenues (closer to Fifth)

Tickets: Advance registration required. Registration begins at 10:30 a.m. on July 6 for all sessions.
