In this grotesque comedy, Schlingensief’s response to the United Nations’ failure to control the genocide in Rwanda during the early 1990s, a gay German U.N. general and his wife move to Africa, where they give the local dictator a V-2 rocket (developed in Nazi Germany during WWII) as a present. The general’s wife, supposedly a virgin, gives birth to a child of color, who turns out to be the Messiah. In German; English subtitles. 77 min.
