THE MUSEUM OF MODERN ART OFFERS FAMILY PROGRAMS
October 5–December 14, 1996
The Museum of Modern Art begins its fall season of Saturday-morning family programs for children ages four to ten and their adult friends on October 5, 1996. Continuing through December 14 (with the exception of November 28), the programs include GALLERY TALKS and TOURS FOR TOTS, which are offered during the Museum's nonpublic hours, and FAMILY FILMS. GALLERY TALKS
For children ages five to ten and their adult companions
One-at-a–Time Saturdays, 10:00–11:00 a.m.
Guided walks through the Museum's galleries before public hours introduce participants to the diverse world of modern art.
Admission is $5 per family, Members $3. No preregistration. Sign-in begins at 9:45 a.m. at the Museum's Edward John Noble Education Center, 18 West 54 Street.

FAMILY FILMS Saturdays, 12:00–1:00 p.m.
The perfect antidote for TV blues, these classic film shorts vary from live action to animation, from documentary to fantasy. Museum staff members introduce films, encourage discussion, and suggest follow-up activities in the Museum's galleries.
Admission is $5 per family, Members free. Tickets available at the Lobby Information Desk.
